At a Houston area tank farm, PURGIT set up an enclosed
flare to control emissions from a floating roof tank. The tank in the background
of this photo is not the one undergoing tank vapor control. The pictured
tank was out of service. The tank undergoing control is close by to the
right. It was just as big as the pictured tank.
